My first appointment with her ended in disappointment. I arrived on time and she was extremely upset and apologetic - saying her dog had run away at home and she had to hurry and find her. Not sure if that was the truth or not, but at my next appointment she described the ordeal in detail - so it may have been the truth. Anyway - that appointment was cancelled. Not a good start. I made another appointment 2 weeks later and that was fairly easy to do. She remembered the incident and again was apologetic, and we went into the massage room where things got even nicer.
