Reviewers express significant disappointment with Dallas, highlighting a lack of authenticity in the service provided. One customer, CHOCOLATEBOY216, notes that despite being promised a match to the photos, the reality did not meet expectations, leading to dissatisfaction. The appointment process seemed straightforward, but the outcome fell short, suggesting a disconnect between marketing and actual service delivery. There are no positive aspects mentioned in the review, indicating a complete lack of satisfaction. Overall, the experience reflects poorly on the company's reliability and transparency. Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback, Dallas struggles to meet customer expectations effectively.
