Celeste is a sweetheart. I got a good initial impression just from her voicemail greeting. She doesn't present with issues--just seems very settled and focused on providing excellent service. I left a voicemail message, and she returned my call the next day. Her schedule is spotty (her own words), as she has a career outside of providing. We finally got our schedules together and set an appointment. She gave directions to a business park in the southeast Cleveland area. I called when I arrived in the parking lot and was invited in.
