Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Alex and Sophie, with a single review rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The customer mentions discussing various options, including massages and upgrades, indicating a range of services available. However, the experience is marred by a significant delay, as the provider was 30 minutes late to the scheduled appointment. While the review does not highlight any particularly positive aspects, the availability of diverse massage options suggests some level of service variety. Overall, the lack of clear positives or negatives leaves the impression that the experience is average, reflecting a mixed sentiment.
