Jane / Janell Reviews

Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Jane / Janell, highlighting a troubling "bait and switch" tactic regarding pricing. One customer, VERONA1960, reports that the price initially agreed upon over the phone was misleading, revealing itself to be merely a down payment rather than the total cost. This lack of transparency leads to frustration and a strong recommendation to avoid the company. Unfortunately, there are no positive aspects noted in the review, indicating a complete absence of satisfactory experiences. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, with consumers feeling misled and disappointed.
