Based on recent positive reviews, called and left message. She called back within the hour and had appointment set for next day. Here is where the only real problem happened: she had to cancel and also ended up cancelling the reschedule for various reasons. She likes to talk and explained in great detail what the issues were. Do not know why, but still set up appointment for the next week and finally met.
