I managed to see her this past Monday after texting over the weekend. She lives in a apt which isn't ideal and when I drove up to her place she opened the door to a pitch dark house with a mess and strong cigarette / week smell. Someone was in the living room while she took me to one of the bedrooms. Asked me to pay her donation upfront which is never a good sign and asked me to get comfortable while she goes to a different room to put the money and change.
