Lacee was advertising with a website here in Raleigh. I have used their service before and have usually been pleased so I gave a call and set something up with Lacee. Standard two call system, called when I got outside of the hotel. Got the room number and went on up. Had to wait outside the room longer than I wanted to but it was OK. Got inside and saw a attractive woman standing there in front of me. VIP's read on....
She opened the door and I was disappointed and tried to hide it cuz she's a very nice lady. But she looks like the mom next door and frankly nothing like the pics. We chatted awhile about our cats at other small talk. Since i was there WTF right? She has no attitude whatsoever or I would have been gone, but just kinda felt sorry for her.
I've been considering one of the girls on BestKnownSecrets for a little while and finally too the plunge with Lacee. Started using their site to set up the appointment, but switched to the phone once I got the details (price, hours, etc). Spoke to Nikita, who is sometimes also available. Standard 2-call. I walked in and Lacee didn't look exactly like the picture, but I still had no complaints. She readily admitted she had just had a quick smoke in the bathroom. She then asked if I liked what I saw. Since I did, she welcomed me in.

Consumers express mixed feelings about Lacee, with an average rating of 2.7 out of 5. Some reviewers mention a generally pleasant experience, noting that the service is straightforward and easy to set up, which reflects a level of satisfaction with the booking process. However, a significant complaint arises regarding the discrepancy between expectations and reality, particularly in terms of appearance, as one reviewer felt disappointed upon meeting a provider who did not resemble her photos. Additionally, while the staff is described as friendly, the overall impression is marred by unmet expectations. The lack of standout positive experiences suggests that Lacee may need to address these concerns to improve customer satisfaction. Overall, the sentiment leans negative, highlighting the need for better alignment between advertising and actual service.
