Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Sara, highlighting a lack of clarity and communication. The single review indicates that the staff's attitude is not welcoming, as the reviewer felt the need to navigate the process largely on their own. There are no positive aspects mentioned, and the overall experience appears to be frustrating, with the reviewer noting a "regular 2 call system" that did not meet expectations. The mention of the staff's focus on locations where "the money is at" suggests a prioritization of profit over customer service. Overall, the feedback reflects a negative sentiment, indicating that consumers are left feeling unsupported and dissatisfied with their experience.
