Kandi is an escort and massage provider in Charlotte, North Carolina, offering incall and outcall sessions.
Have seen her ad for a long time. Provides outcall to the local area. The old saying, "you get what you pay for." She is not expensive and you don't get much in return. You have a lot of choices out there. Not a very good one. It was in the door and "where are we going to do this at" attitude. YMMV, but I suggest look for another provider.
