Texted a few days in advance for scheduling. On the D-Day, she was kinda slow to respond. I ended up arriving 5 mins late to hotel due to unsuspected heavier traffic; but she asked me to wait for 10 mins to get ready... After 20 mins I told her I am leaving; but she was willing to offer discounted rate so I turned back. She gave the room # and told me not to knock. So I went up and the door was opened magically! She is real, but as she stated and promised... she is not GFE and everything is covered.
