Reviewers express a mixed experience with Kat, noting that while the setup process is quick and straightforward, there is a sense of disappointment regarding the service. One customer mentions that they were initially drawn in by the photos but felt let down when the actual service did not meet their expectations. The ease of arranging the appointment is a positive aspect, as it only takes a few minutes. However, the lack of clarity in the service provided leaves room for improvement. Overall, the feedback does not strongly lean towards either positive or negative sentiments, reflecting a neutral stance on the service experience.
