Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Julia, with a single review yielding a 3-star rating. The customer notes that the response time was quick when initially contacting Julia, as she answered the call promptly. However, the experience took a downturn when the reviewer was asked to wait while Julia attended to personal matters, which led to some frustration. There are no clearly defined positives or negatives beyond this interaction, leaving a lack of clarity on the overall service quality. The absence of multiple reviews makes it difficult to gauge consistent themes or common complaints. Overall, the sentiment remains neutral, reflecting a mixed experience without strong endorsements or criticisms.
