Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Anna, highlighting a troubling experience that began with multiple false starts when trying to schedule an appointment. One customer recounts a visit where the initial friendly demeanor of the staff quickly deteriorated, leading to a disappointing interaction. The lack of consistency in service quality is a major concern, as the positive attitude noted at the beginning did not last. Overall, the experience is marred by frustrations related to scheduling and staff attitude, leaving consumers feeling let down. With no positive feedback to counterbalance the negative, the sentiment surrounding Anna is overwhelmingly unfavorable.
