Called first then exchanged a few texts to set up a meet. Very competitive incall price made me take the plunge. Apartment complex is a little dodgy, I would not feel comfortable walking around there at night. Tiffany welcomed me at her apt door in a robe, we walked through her shared apartment which is messy, had a man (her cousin… apparently) in the next room watching TV, and her nieces and small dog walking around.
