Reviewers express a mixed experience with Yumi, highlighting both positive and negative aspects. One customer notes the anticipation of trying a sweet Asian dish but faced disappointment when their first three choices were unavailable. The wait time of 30 minutes without receiving lunch led to frustration, compounded by the need for multiple phone calls to inquire about the order. While the review does not provide clear positives, the initial excitement for the menu options suggests potential appeal. However, the lack of availability and communication issues detract from the overall experience. As it stands, the sentiment leans towards dissatisfaction due to the service challenges encountered.
