Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Suyi, highlighting issues primarily related to service quality. One customer notes that the agent who answered the phone call provided only minimal assistance, indicating a lack of thoroughness in screening. There is also frustration over the inflexibility in pricing, as no negotiations are allowed, and the additional costs for tips and car service are not clearly communicated upfront. Furthermore, the inability to request a specific service provider adds to the disappointment. Overall, the lack of positive feedback and the focus on service shortcomings suggest a need for improvement in customer interaction and transparency regarding fees. The sentiment is overwhelmingly negative.
