Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Sofia, highlighting cleanliness issues as a major concern. One customer notes that despite having visited multiple times for massages, the facility's lack of neatness and cleanliness detracts from the overall experience. Although the reviewer mentions a new provider, this does not seem to improve their perception of the place. There are no positive remarks or commendations regarding the staff or services, indicating a complete lack of favorable experiences. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, with no redeeming qualities noted in the review.
