Reviewers express a mixed experience with Simone, as reflected in the single review analyzed. The customer notes that the initial call felt more like a job interview than a straightforward inquiry, which may indicate a lack of clarity in communication. While there are no clearly articulated positives or negatives, the phrase "Anything Goes" in the advertisement seems misleading based on the reviewer's experience. The review does not highlight any specific complaints or praises regarding staff attitude, fees, or product quality. Overall, the sentiment remains neutral, suggesting that potential customers may want to approach with caution.
