However, she is one of the few that actually look better in person. Scarlett says that she lives in Columbia but only comes to the states every few months and stays a little while at a time. If communication is big to you, make sure you have a translator. A few hours before the scheduled meeting, Scarlett emailed and asked if we could move it back an hour as she was not able to check into her incall. That was fine.
