Princess / London Reviews

Reviews for Princess in London reveal a largely negative sentiment, with customers expressing dissatisfaction about their experiences. One reviewer notes a "nice Sunday" at the hotel, but this is overshadowed by critical feedback from another consumer who describes an unsettling encounter with staff, highlighting issues with the attitude and professionalism of the employees. The lack of clear positives in the reviews suggests that the overall experience does not meet expectations, and the mention of a "freak" in the context of staff behavior raises concerns about the environment. Overall, the feedback indicates a need for improvement in staff conduct and customer service. The prevailing sentiment is negative, reflecting significant room for enhancement.
