I have had the honor of having multiple sessions with Madame Dahlia. She understands what this slave needs and delivers every time. Mistress is beautiful, strong and demanding. She comes well equipped with all the key S&M items needed for a great session. VIP can read more for details, but non-VIP's just know that she is hot and pictures are legit. You should definitely contact and it's worth every penny and would rate higher than a 7 but TER rules don't allow for higher ratings of non-full service providers..
