I guess the dollar doesn't go as far as it used to anymore, because apparently $500 isn't enough to get you the actual girl in the ad and get a full GFE. Liza (or Alina, which according to her is her "real" name) is NOT the girl in the ad, despite guarantees over email and over phone that she genuinely is the girl in the ad. And she is NOT independent but works for an agency, which she also revealed. At least she was honest in person. She was friendly and chatty, but the service was very lacking. Summary for non-VIPs: Avoid this girl and this agency.
