She answered an email and I called. She has a heavy accent but is more than understandable. She didn't really understand alphabet soup, (bbbj, greek) as she is new to the country. She gave excellent directions, so I ventured out with high hopes. She has a nice young woman's figure, is attractive but not glamorous not thin but not at all heavy. So things were looking good. The apt is on a busy street so it is safe.
