Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Lexi, with a single review yielding a 3-star rating. The customer describes a situation where they had to wait for Lexi to arrive at a hotel, indicating a lack of punctuality as she was running late. While there are no clearly defined positives or negatives highlighted in the review, the interaction suggests that communication occurred, as the customer was instructed to call upon arrival. However, the experience is marred by the delay, which could be a concern for those seeking timely service. Overall, the feedback reflects a mixed experience, with neither strong praise nor significant complaints.
