Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Kelly, noting a mixed experience. One customer mentions a positive aspect of the service, highlighting the pleasant demeanor of the staff. However, the review lacks specific details about the quality of the service or any standout features, making it difficult to identify clear strengths or weaknesses. The mention of a simple call-back system suggests a straightforward process, but there are no notable complaints or significant positive highlights. Overall, the feedback indicates an average experience with no strong endorsements or criticisms. The sentiment is neutral, reflecting a lack of compelling feedback in either direction.
