jewel is an escort and massage provider in New York City - Manhattan, New York, offering incall and outcall sessions. Complaints include bait and switch.
This is my second bait and switch in a row. Ad says I am independent, but a service sent two girls seperately and one was called to leave so certainly is not independent and I find that bait and switch is done when agency is involved.
