I saw Holly's posts on rub ratings and elsewhere and remembered seeing her a couple of years ago. I reached out and she was super positive and friendly in the set-up. We texted a few times to organize and then chatted as I neared what turned out to be a lovely incall in the east 30s. It looks like there are a few girls that share this nice space.
