I've used this service before and they do well with a mix of voice-mail, email and text messages so accents don't pose any problems. They are prompt to respond and eager to make appointments that are satisfactory. they give you the general locale and when you are within a block or two they text the exact address/apt# to tell you when Guhara is ready. Large apt. bldg and the doorman doesn't even look up. Very nice apartment that is clean and well-appointed. Guhara hides behind the door as she opens it for you (sound familiar?). Then greets you with a hug and kiss........Non-VIPS, very good value, highly recommend.
