I made an appointment with a particular provider and confirmed that she would be there. When I arrived, Mamasan informed me that she was still in transit and that Emily, who is new would be taking care of me. While Emily is nice, I had been wanting to see a particular provider for some time and had great expectations of spending time with her, and when she wasn't there (or so I was told), I was very disappointed. Nonetheless, Emily was nice, with a huge rack, although not the spinner type I prefer. I may not return given the bait and switch.
