Bobbi is very organized and professional when it comes to contacting and scheduling appointments. She has a personal assistant and always responds to both emails and phone calls. In my case, I was able to schedule significantly in advance, and she even confirmed the appointment the day of. Very impressive. I was screened and given the general location in Hempstead (which is reachable by LIRR as well as by car). Bobbi has a dedicated apartment for appointments, which is simply but comfortably furnished. Both ladies enthusiastically greeted me at the door before politely showing me the shower (long day at work, what can I say). Then the real fun began...
