Walked in with no appointment. Entrance off street, no need to deal with doorsmen or people in the hallway. Was greeted by a woman on the front desk, who told me about the prices and options, and gave me directions. The place is well decorated and clean. Feels classy. You first go to a locker room to undress and change to a robe or towel. You lock your stuff in a locker and keep the key. This room is communal, you'll share it with other men. Then, you'll walk to the shower room, also communal.
