Newer to Shivas, Alexis is pretty, smart and nice, but I was told to wait outside in freezing cold, finally called back after 20 minutes and then told to come in? Paid for full hour, but the massage ended at the time it should have if they were on time - meaning i barely got 40 minutes. At a premium price I expected more. May not go back...
