Reviews for Krissy reveal a mixed sentiment, with an average rating of 2.5 stars. Some customers appreciate the friendly phone interaction, noting that the staff's voice sounds sweet and inviting, which adds a positive touch to their experience. However, the overall feedback is overshadowed by dissatisfaction regarding the quality of the service. One reviewer mentions that while the experience wasn't terrible, it fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of authenticity. The lack of clarity in the offerings and the presence of "weird things" during the service also contribute to the negative sentiment. Overall, while there are minor positives in the staff's attitude, the prevailing sentiment leans towards disappointment.
