Monica Reviews

Reviewers express mixed feelings about Monica, with a notable lack of positive feedback. One customer appreciates the friendly phone support and the ease of setting up an appointment, highlighting a positive aspect of the staff's attitude. However, the majority of reviews are critical, particularly regarding the location, as it is not situated in downtown Brooklyn, which seems to disappoint some visitors. Another reviewer shares a disappointing experience, indicating that the service did not meet expectations.
