Reviewers express disappointment with Janet, noting a lack of standout features and overall unsatisfactory experiences. One consumer mentions that while the service was acceptable, it did not meet expectations, describing it as "nothing spectacular." The absence of notable positives in the reviews suggests that customers are left wanting more from their interactions. Additionally, the limited availability of options at the time of seeking service further compounds the dissatisfaction. Overall, the feedback indicates a significant gap between expectations and reality, leading to a negative sentiment surrounding the company.
