She provides from her place in New Brunswick. You have to do street parking but usually don't have issues with her. I text her when I arrive and she'll let me know when to come in. She looks like her pics and she's a curvy lady. A bit more on the mechanical side but she is reasonable. Overall, I would say it's an average experience but worth checking out for the price.
