Called the agency and received no answer with no option to leave a message. Then I received a call back from a different number and it was the guy from the agency. Was pleasant and easily made the arrangements. Hotel was decent - not a dump but nothing special. Called again when I arrived and received the room info. Walked inside, found the room and knocked. Taylor answered and looked similar to her pics. Very petite, very thin, multiple tattoos, white/pale skin, extremely friendly and accommodating throughout....
