so, i have ran into her ad a couple of times.. and always wanted to make the jump... well, i did.. very nice on the phone.. she is an American White girl.... and speaks english very well.. she was very cool on phone and understanding.. gave the area, i drove on by, and called when got to location.. was tricky in finding the exactly apartment.. but i found it.. VIP- read on .. the NON's i will repeat.. on if in area.. YMMV.
