This is a SCAM. Do not reach out to this person if you see their ad. They will ask for upfront payment via a Cash app and that is only way to see you. I made the mistake of giving a deposit (that I have never done in the past) based on communication and the photos sent. Upon arrival at location she insisted I have to buy my own covers or an additional $100 or raw for $150 more and please send. Once told no, that is where communication stopped. After a while, texted back that she is real and gave a story and made plans to meet the next day. after reaching out, she again asked for more $ to make it over the top and then I refused and communication stopped again. Don't be lured in by the photos, this is not real.
