I have used this service many times. They have a two call system. The girl answering the phone is not the provided but she is very friendly and puts at ease. She is very good with direction to the locations. When I arrived Cookie answered the door wearing a sexy black dress. She was very quite. I do not think she speaks much english. She invited me in and after a call to let someone know I have arrived we got down to business.
First time using this service. The girl was as promised. It was actually very accomodating and comfortable to meet at the hotel. I felt safe. As others mentioned, she speaks very little english, but her attitude is pretty good after she warms up to you.
