Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Julie, as indicated by the single 3-star review. The customer mentions a phone call to schedule a massage, highlighting the necessity to call ahead before visiting, which may suggest a lack of flexibility in appointment scheduling. The location is described as busy, which could be a drawback for those seeking a more tranquil experience. However, the review does not provide specific positives or negatives about the service quality or staff attitude, leaving a vague impression of the overall experience. With no clear strengths or weaknesses identified, the feedback reflects an average perception of the company. Overall, the sentiment remains neutral.
