Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Kelly, highlighting a mixed experience. One customer notes that the staff is friendly and accommodating, as they arranged a meeting at a hotel and communicated effectively upon arrival. However, there are no clear positives or negatives mentioned beyond this interaction, leaving a lack of detailed feedback on service quality or any potential issues. The absence of additional reviews makes it difficult to gauge overall customer satisfaction or identify common complaints. As it stands, the feedback reflects a moderate experience with no strong sentiments either way. Overall, the sentiment is neutral.
