Reviewers express a sense of wasted potential regarding Lexy, noting that while the company has an appealing appearance, the overall experience is marred by a negative staff attitude. One consumer specifically mentions that the atmosphere can quickly become uninviting due to the demeanor of the staff, which detracts from the overall enjoyment. Despite the lack of clear positives in the reviews, the aesthetic appeal of the company is acknowledged. However, the prevailing sentiment is one of disappointment, as the negative aspects overshadow any potential strengths. Overall, the feedback indicates a need for improvement in staff interactions to enhance customer satisfaction.
