Was in Vegas for a couple of days, so pretty rushed for time. Decided to call an agency girl. The lady that answered sounded cute. Then we did the hotel callback thing to verify, and she arrived promptly. The experience was ok, but nothing to endear me to agency service.
Called for an appointment. The lady that answered the phone sounded nice and sweet. I told her what I was looking for (young, petite) and she indicated she would call back. A much older lady called back, and I told her what I was looking for. She said no problem. I repeated it several times. I gave her my room number and she called me to verify that it was me. I re-iterated my request - she said no problem.

Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Ying, with an average rating of 3.0 stars. While there are no standout positives highlighted in the reviews, customers note that the staff answering the phone are friendly and pleasant, creating a welcoming first impression. However, both reviewers mention a lack of follow-through, as callbacks seem to be inconsistent, leaving some uncertainty about the service. The overall experience appears rushed, particularly for those on tight schedules, which may contribute to a feeling of dissatisfaction. Despite the friendly interactions, the lack of clarity and reliability in service leaves room for improvement. Overall, the sentiment is mixed, reflecting both positive staff interactions and concerns about service consistency.
