Reviews for TS Jen reveal a mixed sentiment, with a notable lack of positive feedback. One reviewer mentions a standard two-call system, indicating some level of organization in the initial contact, but this is overshadowed by complaints about the overall experience. Customers express frustration regarding the location, as Jen has recently moved into her apartment complex and is unfamiliar with the security protocols, which complicates the process. The inconvenience of navigating these issues detracts from the service provided. Overall, while there are hints of a structured approach, the negative experiences related to the apartment setting and lack of clarity dominate the feedback. The prevailing sentiment leans towards dissatisfaction.
