Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Roxy, highlighting issues with punctuality and service quality. One customer, HAPPPPY01, reports that the provider promised to arrive at their hotel within 30 minutes but ended up being over an hour late. This delay contributed to a feeling of being shortchanged, as the service lasted only 20 minutes. The overall sentiment reflects a lack of trust in the company's reliability and value for money. With no positive feedback noted, consumers are left feeling disappointed and frustrated with their experience. Overall, Roxy receives a negative sentiment due to consistent complaints about timeliness and service duration.
