I have to be honest setting up an appointment with Rose was extremely difficult and frustrating. She took forever responding, and then during the course of text exchanges, completely lost track of what we had discussed and then blamed it on deleting all of her texts on her phone after each comment for what reason I’m not really sure. I almost decided not to go ahead with the appointment. I decided to go ahead with it regardless, but really wish I had not, the experience really didn’t make up for the hassle unfortunately.
