Reached out to the booker, as usual very helpful. Offered Gucci, a new girl, I said yes because it cannot be too bad…I was wrong, better fish in the sea.

Reviewers express a mixed sentiment towards Gucci, with a notable lack of clear positives or negatives. One customer mentions reaching out to the booker, highlighting their helpfulness, which suggests some level of satisfactory service. However, the experience with a new staff member, referred to as "a new girl," did not meet expectations, leading to disappointment. The reviewer implies that there are better options available, indicating a sense of dissatisfaction with the overall experience. Despite the helpfulness of the booker, the lack of a strong positive impression from the new staff member leaves a neutral sentiment. Overall, the feedback reflects an average experience with room for improvement.
