Easy to set up an appointment, negotiated a rate of $300 flat, but during the session she asked for an extra $100 because I was taking too long. She arrived on time, however, she definitely was not the person in the picture, not even close, girl advertised was Japanese and the girl who arrived was Chinese. Still she was an attractive Asian girl so I went with it. I believe it's an agency, but I'm not sure, YMMV. She was a very nice girl with good English skills, so on that I will say I recommend.
